By using NaughtyMatch you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. Age
You confirm you are 18 or older. The App contains adult content.
3. What NaughtyMatch is
An entertainment game for couples designed to help partners know each other better, have fun and strengthen their connection and communication through questions, dares and dynamics. All content is fiction for playful purposes.
4. Responsible use & consent
The game is based on mutual respect and consent between partners. Anyone may decline, skip or reject any content at any time. Set the content levels and categories to your comfort.
5. 🔴 Disclaimer (important)
NaughtyMatch is an entertainment tool. The content is not professional, therapeutic, medical or legal advice and is provided for playful purposes. DarLong Studios is not responsible for decisions, conversations, conflicts, harm or situations of any kind that may arise between partners or with third parties from the use of the game, its questions, dares or statements. Use of the App is at your own responsibility and should always be oriented to good use, enjoyment and bringing the couple closer.
6. Conduct
Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to harass, coerce or harm anyone. Both partners' consent is a condition of play.
7. Purchases & subscriptions
Purchases (VIP, passes, spins) are handled through Google Play; renewals, cancellations and refunds follow Google Play policies. Some features require a subscription.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its content, brand and design belong to DarLong Studios and may not be copied or exploited without authorization.
9. No warranties / limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarLong Studios does not warrant uninterrupted availability or outcomes and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
10. Changes & governing law
