1. Who we are
NaughtyMatch ("the App") is developed by DarLong Studios ("we"). This policy explains what data we process and how.
2. Data we process
- Account & authentication: an anonymous ID or, if you sign in, your email address / Google or Apple account (via Firebase Authentication). Email one-time codes are sent through Amazon Web Services (AWS SES).
- Couple & gameplay data: nickname, chosen gender, couple type, pairing, progress, hearts, level and your content-consent settings. This enables play between two phones.
- Sensitive data: some settings can reveal sexual orientation (for example, a same-gender couple type) and your intimate-content preferences (Hot/Extreme consent). We process this only to operate the features you choose, based on your consent, and we never use it for advertising.
- User content: your in-app couple chat and free-text messages, and the answers/choices you make during games, synced between the two paired phones.
- Purchases: subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android; we don't store your card data.
- Usage analytics: usage events (via Firebase / Google Analytics) to improve the App.
- Notifications: device token (FCM) to send you alerts from your partner.
3. How we use it
To run the game, sync the couple experience, process purchases, send notifications, prevent abuse and improve the App. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third parties / processors
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, messaging), Apple (payments on iOS) and Google Play (payments on Android), and Amazon Web Services (AWS SES) for transactional email (one-time login codes). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and personal data in-app (My Account → Delete account) or by contacting us. Note that shared gameplay content created together with your partner may be retained in anonymized form (no longer linked to your identity) after deletion.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion and portability. Contact support@darlongstudios.com or use in-app deletion.
7. Minors
The App is for adults 18+ only and is not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect minors' data.
8. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards. No system is 100% secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version with its date will be posted on this page.
